Materials & Vegan Verification

Knox Micro-Lock foam: a proprietary strain-rate sensitive polymer. Verified vegan. Knox does not use any leather, wool, or animal-derived materials in their armor range. All strapping is synthetic nylon webbing.

• Micro-Lock technology: the foam is soft and flexible at low strain rates (movement), locks instantly at high strain rates (impact)

Standalone vs Insert — When You Need This

If your jacket:
• Has no elbow pockets (common in budget jackets)
• Has Level 1 inserts and you want Level 2
• Is a rain jacket or casual textile with no armor provision

The Aegis Evo is the standalone solution. Wear them as an under-layer with straps cinched tight, or over a base layer under your jacket.

Sizing

Available in S/M and L/XL. Knox sizing runs true. The strap system accommodates most forearm circumferences within each size band.
