Why MIPS Matters

MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) adds a low-friction layer between the shell and the EPS liner. In angled impacts — the most common type in real-world crashes — MIPS reduces rotational forces transmitted to the brain by up to 40% versus non-MIPS helmets at equivalent price points. It's not standard in the €200 price bracket.

ADV Use Case

The peak visor is detachable for full road use. The face shield is dual-pane (two separate lenses) which reduces fogging — useful for early morning riding or temperature transitions. Vents work better with the peak on (redirects air into chin vent channel).
